Find the Right Medicare Coverage for You
Medicare can be confusing. Anchor & Trust Insurance Group compares plans and explains your options in plain English—so you can choose coverage with confidence and keep your costs predictable.
Your Medicare Options at a Glance
Original Medicare (A & B)
Hospital (A) + medical (B). Doesn’t include most drugs or a yearly out-of-pocket max. Many add Part D and either Medigap or an Advantage plan.
Medicare Advantage (Part C)
All-in-one plans from private carriers. Often include drugs, dental, vision, hearing, extras, and an annual out-of-pocket max.
Medigap (Supplements)
Works with Original Medicare. Helps pay deductibles/coinsurance. No networks. Does not include Part D—add a drug plan separately.
Drug Plans (Part D)
Standalone prescription coverage for those on Original Medicare/Medigap. Check formularies, tiers, and preferred pharmacies.
Doctors & Networks
Medigap: any provider who accepts Medicare. Advantage: HMO/PPO networks—check your doctors and hospitals before enrolling.
Costs & Value
Advantage: lower premiums, pay as you use care. Medigap: higher premium, lower bills when you get care. We’ll price both.
